Similar units may be assigned at the last moment based on unforeseen circumstances. The maximum occupancy is up to 2 guests for studio apartement , 4 guest for two-room apartments and 6 for three-room apartments . Additional bed is an extra €40 for week, subject to availability and prior reservation.

The validity of the booking, to all effects, is subordine to the payment of a deposit that can be done with a banking transaction

-CANCELLING: In case of cancellation: it will be possible to keep the down-payment valid for a future stay, until the end of the current year.
In case of late arrival or departure earlier than expected we shall keep back the whole amount of 100% the booked vacation.

The delivery of
the apartments is from 16.00 to 19.00
hours; in case of timetable
established delay, the client is asked
to kindly contact the hotel
by calling one of the reference numbers.
The apartments must be vacated by 10:00 am
the day of departure, they must be left in
order and must be taken away the
garbage. We leave each apartment

to ensure the cleanliness of the
physiological needs of' animal

We inform our customers that
the pool is open from May to September,
every day throughout the day and
there are no fences that delimit it.
We ask you not to enter the water when
there are ongoing cleaning.
Please pay attention to minors; the management

related to the use of incorrect
pool itself.

We are living a very difficult moment though it

years now, in “Serraiola Alta”, we have been regarding with enthusiasm
and passion “Hospitality” as our first job.
As far as possible, we are looking forward today, to propose our guests
relaxing and calm holidays without bothering, amid Nature with few
people and so many space at their disposal, surrounded by a great
landscape, like a beautiful post-card. This would be the best solution
to avoid, both contamination with covid-19 and, finally spending
well-deserved Holidays.
We did our utmost for opening our Land Estate this year paying
particular attention to Hygiene, Inner and Outside Cleaning,
Installation maintenance, purifying surroundings in order to cope with
all sanitary prescriptions.
Since the very beginning, our management intended to assist our guests
in case of obliged cancellation as we don’t look only on receiving
money-deposit , but we feel to make our guests at home.
In case of cancelling your booking with us, within two weeks’time before
your departure, your deposit will not be lost, but still valid for
another period to be decided together.
