We are living a very difficult moment though it doesn’t mean that we aren’t longing for Holidays ! If there is a typical Italian quality, it is that, of its friendly welcoming. For several years now, in “Serraiola Alta”, we have been regarding with enthusiasm and passion “Hospitality” as our first job.
As far as possible, we are looking forward today, to propose our guests relaxing and calm holidays without bothering, amid Nature with few people and so many space at their disposal, surrounded by a great landscape, like a beautiful post-card. This would be the best solution to avoid, both contamination with covid-19 and, finally spending well-deserved Holidays.
We did our utmost for opening our Land Estate this year paying particular attention to Hygiene, Inner and Outside Cleaning, Installation maintenance, purifying surroundings in order to cope with all sanitary prescriptions.

We will supply you with the important contact numbers in case of need or an emergency: 112, hospitals in the area, emergency medical services in case of symptoms such as a fever, dry cough, sore throat, breathing difficulties etc.

Since the very beginning, our management intended to assist our guests in case of obliged cancellation as we don’t look only on receiving money-deposit , but we feel to make our guests at home.
In case of cancelling your booking with us, within two weeks’time before your departure, your deposit will not be lost, but still valid for another period to be decided together.


We would prefer not to handle your documents for your safety so we have shifted to a digital mode of operation. We would invite you to compile, via a link that we will send to you before your arrival date, all the information necessary for the obligatory Italian Public Security registration, and to send a digital copy of your identity document (via pdf ) .
We would also invite you to read and agree to our Privacy Policy in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and to give your consent to the sending of promotional material (optional).


To protect you, our staff wears personal protective equipment such as surgical masks (FFP2 or FFP3) . We observe safe or physical distancing (at least 1 m). The POS terminals, pens and pencils at the reception are cleaned with alcohol-based solutions before and after use to minimise transmission risks. We try to avoid using paper and sharing pens/pencils.


In response to COVID-19, we have taken additional measures, in line with the National Protocol “Accoglienza Sicura” (Safe Welcome) to make our hygiene and safety protocols even more rigorous. We have increased the frequency of cleaning in common areas. We have dispensers with alcohol-based hand rub solutions (containing at least 70% of alcohol) distributed around our property. Our staff work with masks and gloves and after cleaning each room change their gloves to prevent cross contamination. Increasing the number of air exchanges per hour and supplying as much outdoor air as possible is recommended. Our heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, especially in relation to cleaning and change of filters, are done in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The safe distancing rule is obligatory around the pool. We pay particular attention to the cleaning of deck chairs, sun beds, chairs and umbrellas around the pool and outdoor areas.
