Weekly prices for apartment (not for person)

PS: Prices may change for holidays during festive-days.
During  high season periods a minimum 7 nights' stay is expected. (arrival and departure on Saturdays).

-Bed linens / Bath Towels : one change for week for person. Blankets and pillows provided.
-Use of water, gas, electric power . Internet wi-fi
-Final cleaning.
-Use of the pool and common areas


Extra charges :

The following services are available upon request

-Air conditioner/day: one-roomed (4€) - two-roomed (6€) - three-roomed (8€)
-Extra Bed/bath linen : Euro 8 for person for each extra change.
-Additional bed : Euro 25 a week
-Pets are admitted with an extra charge of 20 € a week.

Similar units may be assigned at the last moment based on unforeseen circumstances. The maximum occupancy is up to 2 guests for studio apartement , 4 guest for two-room apartments and 6 for three-room apartments . Additional bed is an extra €30 for week, subject to availability and prior reservation.

-BOOKING CONFIRMATION The validity of the booking, to all effects, is subordine to the payment of a deposit that can be done with a banking transaction
-DEPOSIT:30% deposit by bank transfer when booking , non refundable down-payment. To send back within two openng days except any other information of your.
-CANCELLING: In case of cancellation: it will be possible to keep the down-payment valid for a future stay, until the end of the current year.In case of departure earlier than expected we shall keep back the whole amount of 100% the booked vacation.
-SETTLEMENT: At the arrival. (No cheque)
-CHECK-IN: from 5 o’clock p.m. to 7.30 pm. (in case of delayed arrival, we thank for calling to give information)
-CHECK-OUT: Within 10 am
-CAUTION: A deposit of 150 € is required as caution and will be given back at the end of the stay.


Apartments Regulation

The delivery of the apartments is from 16.00 to 19.00 hours; in case of timetable established delay, the client is asked to kindly contact the hotel by calling one of the reference numbers.
The apartments must be vacated by 10:00 am the day of departure, they must be left in order and must be taken away the garbage. We leave each apartment will be checked by a manager to check for any damage caused. In the event of damage were reported, it will keep equal sum from the deposit.
- The management declines any responsibility for any theft or loss of property.

Pets Regulations

We kindly ask you to read our regulation

Pets are allowed, but with the 'obligation to observe the following rules in respect of other guests and of' environment around you:
-the animals must not be left free to run without a leash in the area adjacent to the houses, but we have a lot of space to entertain your faithful friend.
-it is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the pool, there are 2 sun bathing areas specially made for them
-The owner has the 'obligation to ensure the cleanliness of the physiological needs of' animal
-for any damages incurred will be deducted from the deposit an appropriate sum
-al List weekly rate will add 20 per week for extra cleaning.


Pool Regulations

We inform our customers that the pool is open from May to September, every day throughout the day and there are no fences that delimit it. We ask you not to enter the water when there are ongoing cleaning. Please pay attention to minors; the management accepts no responsibility for any accidents related to the use of incorrect pool itself.
-It Always be compulsory shower before entering the water
-It Is not allowed to swim clothes
-It Forbidden to bring animals into the water; eating in the water and throw stones into the water or sand, or any other object that could stain the pool.

Information for our guests

We are living a very difficult moment though it doesn’t mean that we aren’t longing for Holidays ! If there is a typical Italian quality, it is that, of its friendly welcoming. For several years now, in “Serraiola Alta”, we have been regarding with enthusiasm and passion “Hospitality” as our first job.
As far as possible, we are looking forward today, to propose our guests relaxing and calm holidays without bothering, amid Nature with few people and so many space at their disposal, surrounded by a great landscape, like a beautiful post-card. This would be the best solution to avoid, both contamination with covid-19 and, finally spending well-deserved Holidays.
We did our utmost for opening our Land Estate this year paying particular attention to Hygiene, Inner and Outside Cleaning, Installation maintenance, purifying surroundings in order to cope with all sanitary prescriptions.
Since the very beginning, our management intended to assist our guests in case of obliged cancellation as we don’t look only on receiving money-deposit , but we feel to make our guests at home.
In case of cancelling your booking with us, within two weeks’time before your departure, your deposit will not be lost, but still valid for another period to be decided together.
