-BOOKING CONFIRMATION : The validity of the booking is subordine to the payment of a deposit that can be done with a banking transaction or by card.
-DEPOSIT:30% deposit by bank transfer when booking , non refundable down-payment. To send back within two openng days except any other information of your.
-CANCELLING: In case of cancellation (arrived within 2 weeks from date of arrival) it will be possible to keep the down-payment valid for a future stay. In case of late arrival or departure earlier than expected we shall keep back the whole amount of 100% the booked vacation.
-SETTLEMENT: At the arrival , cash or credit card (no american express circuit , no cheque)

-CHECK-IN : from 4 o’clock p.m. to 7.30 pm. In case of delayed arrival, we thank for calling to give information.
-CHECK-OUT : The apartments must be vacated by 10:00 am the day of departure, they must be left in order and must be taken away the garbage. We leave each apartment will be checked by a manager to check for any damage caused. In the event of damage were reported, it will keep equal sum from the deposit.
- The management declines any responsibility for any theft or loss of property.

-Pets must not be allowed to roam freely without a leash in the area surrounding the houses, but we have plenty of space for your faithful friend to have fun.
-It is strictly forbidden to let animals into the swimming pool, there are 3 solarium areas specially made for them.
The owner is obliged to clean up after the animal's physiological needs.

-The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m , for the exclusive use of farmhouse guests. There are no fences delimiting the pool .
-It is forbidden for minors to enter unless in the company of an adult.
The management declines all responsibility for any accident related to the incorrect use of the pool.
-You must always take a shower before entering the water . It is not permitted to bathe with your clothes on and carry any glass objects.
-It is forbidden to bring animals into the water or bring them to the edge of the pool . They may enter the sunbathing area on the lawn and the two gazebos by the pool.
-We ask you not to shout, not to dive and not to use games that may disturb the other guests.

-Use of the pool , common areas and parking.
-Bed linens / Bath Towels : one change for week for person. Blankets and pillows provided.
