Our restaurant

For us, cooking means sharing the authentic flavours of our land. Every dish is prepared with simple, seasonal and genuine ingredients, many of which come from our own farm or from small local producers in the Maremma whom we know personally.

Throughout the week we organize themed dinner evenings, where you can discover the traditional recipes of Tuscany.

On the other evenings, you can choose from our à la carte menu, featuring homemade dishes prepared fresh to order.

We don't aim for elaborate cuisine, but for the pleasure of doing simple things well: freshly baked bread, extra virgin olive oil, seasonal vegetables, carefully selected meats and traditional recipes, best enjoyed with a good glass of Tuscan wine.

On summer evenings, our veranda and garden become the perfect place to relax and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by nature and under the starry skies of the Maremma.

Our restaurant is open every evening except Wednesday and Thursday.
